1. The difference in form and in content between the model resume and the model cover letter is that the model cover letter is just a breif summary of the model resume. The resume describes the person's background in detail, while the cover letter explains how the resume matches the needs of the place you are applying for.

2.The resume is divided into seven parts, writer's name and contact information, statement of objective, education, details about performance and programs outside of high school, activities and skills, work experience and volunteer roles, and references. The cover letter is devided into five parts, the heading including the date, inside address, salutation, body, and closing with signiture and typed name.

3. I think Thomas's stated objective on his resume is very clear and to the point. I think the objective part on a resume serves as what your goal is or what your applying for.

4. If i was the director of the day camp, I would invite Thomas in for an interview to discuss his qualifications for the job becuase in his resume and cover letter he mentions that he is a good leader, and works well with children. He also has a good education experience and has a lot of experience with the kind of things he will be dealing with at the camp, such as swimming and CPR.
